A man with multiple myeloma talking with his doctor

The INFORM-MM study

Living with multiple myeloma?

Your perspective matters.

This study explores how patients and myeloma specialists think about MRD testing and how results may affect treatment decisions. Your input could help shape future myeloma care.

What is MRD testing?

MRD stands for minimal residual disease. MRD testing looks for very small amounts of myeloma cells in the bone marrow that may remain after treatment.

This study uses MRD testing already planned as part of your regular care. You will not need any extra MRD testing to participate in this study.

Could this study be right for you?

You may be able to join if you:

  • Have multiple myeloma
  • Are 18 years or older
  • Have MRD testing planned as part of your regular care
  • Can complete surveys online or by phone
  • Are not currently enrolled in a clinical trial
What would joining involve?
  • Share your views

Complete online surveys about MRD testing, your preferences, and your quality of life. Surveys will take about 10–15 minutes to complete. You can also choose to include a care partner.

  • Take part over time

About 6 months or 1 year, depending on your treatment and MRD testing schedule.

  • Receive compensation

You will be compensated up to $350 for your time and participation.
